Yes, it's low flow. I told the lady that if it ever needs repair I wouldn't have the parts for it. So guess what? She went to France and visited the manufactures showroom and brought back a flush valve, fill valve and flapper, and stems for the tub and lav.

If the parts she brought back are indeed those needed to repair her faucets, valves and wc, you're a lot better off then you would be working on some knock off junk from a big box store. As Haycad said, she obviously has deep pockets and seems determined to get her bathroom back into shape. Before I'd touch anything, I'd give her all the negative possibilities I could think of. If she then insisted on proceeding (and indemnifying me), I'd bring out the tools and commence repairs.
