        By the way it did say that the call was from his dentist sister. Implying that his sister was a dentist. Rick you should have used dentist's sister instead.

            Hey, PLUMBER RICK I have seen that happen before. I had a contractor to call me he said we can't get this water heater to fire. By the way I did'nt install it. I asked if they checked gas pressure, they said no but we replace regulator at manifold (csst system). I use my manometer to check pressure, not enough. They call out gas co. they ended up changing regulator and meter.
