    Re: Inside pipe cutter?

I had that rigid cutter for years ,,, lord that took forever ! Use the spiral blade ,,and the rag in pipe method .

Sioux chief has this GREAT new 5"-6" long , internal closet flange . Cut off the old flange , clean and glue this inside the existing 3" pipe ,, it goes in PLENTY FAR . Also the throat of the flange is MUCH LARGER then the old style "internal " flanges .

Makes our life just a little easier .

    Happy Thanksgiving to All

I have never tried one, but it looks like it could be handy. All it is is a heavy duty Ram bit design.

You can buy a diamond blade..wait..

you can buy a 3 pack of diamond blades for under $10 at Harbor Freight. It took 6 years to wear out just one blade, impressive.

Which reminds me, thank you...picked up two diamond concrete blades for my grinder to trim a concrete cut in a basement job...thing works awsome on CI also with minimal mess because the blades so thin, as you said.
I've cut alot of linear ft of concrete with it as well as a few 4" CI cuts & I don't know if I'll ever have to take the 2nd blade out of the package.
Cuts CI amazingly fast...though not as fast as a snap, I prefer a straight clean cut.
