  • Water Contamination???

Does anyone have links showing actual water contamination stories due to cross-connections, improper backflow operation etc. that have happened in the U.S. recently?

Some search better than I do.

    Thanks.

Here is a story that was in the local paper about possible cross contamination on a sewer line job.
