    Do you solder your copper coated hooks to your copper supply pipe?

    Do you use ones with rubber coated bottoms?

    the 9'' coated wire hooks i will bend a 360 around the pipe to keep the pipe from jumping.

    soldering the copper to the hanger is a

      I've seen some that insist upon soldering it to the supply pipe. I like the ones with the rubber coated bottoms. Never had any unusual problems with movement.

        when i put in some boilers i need to hold the pipe in the hanger [ we use copper clevis hangers ] .i only do one or two ,the pipe needs to expand in the hangers
        i only do it if i need to
