        For the tub drain, they should have added a bit of 1&1/2" copper somewhere to demonstrate how well those systems work together (also some lead too if they could locate some).

              Over the Years ,I've seen folks with nothing but problems over shared driveways.

              Shared laterals ? E Z BEANS . Three homes have an easement for a shared drive.

              They needed new asphalt ,and a new expensive Eng. retaining wall.

              House at the top of the hill wouldn't kick in $$$$$ . I ran for My life HE HE
              I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .
