  • Pipe Nipple Carrier???

I once saw a metal carrier used to hold 1/2" and 3/4" pipe nipples. Each nipple had it's own lil area just bigger then the O.D. of the nipple. I can't seem to find it anywhere online, so does anyone know where i can grab one or does anyone have one that they would like to sell?

No, it's not rocket science, it's plumbing and unlike rocket science it requires a license.

A wholesale plumbing supply such as Ferguson's should have them in stock.

A very, very good price. I wish I knew about them when I ordered.

well, you do get what you pay for, But with as little abuse as my trays get I could probably even get by with a plastic one.

out here we call them a "bunny box"

my buddy steve always refered to them as a "buddy box"

              joey set him straight

i use to carry a 1.5'' bunny box from 6.5''-12'' 4 of each

like carrying 2 sticks of pipe.

              now i carry a 1/2'', 3/4'', 1''. these hold 6 nipples each. i carry 4 brass and 2 gal. per size.

a 1.5 that i also keep 1 of each 1.25 inside. and just a hand full of 2''.

with the new sprinter i will be scaling way back on the weight and excess inventory.

                Re: Pipe Nipple Carrier???

I just had one (1/2" and 3/4" metal) shipped to my house.
                I refuse plastic.

You have to decide how you want to set it up because you only have 6 rows of 1/2 and 3/4 so your incriments would go up 1" unless you split the row.I have mine fully loaded with brass as well so it's really cut up.

                $45.37 to my front door

                Metal Nipple Bunny Box - Empty - 1/2" & 3/4"

I have had to do a major downsizing lately.
So,gone are the individual size trays that belong on the 1980's rough truck dedicated to gas.

The perfect tray for the larger sizes for me is a 1-1/2" with....
one row of 1-1/2"gal with 1"gal inside
one row of 1-1/2 brass with 1" brass inside
one row of 1-1/4"gal with 1"gal inside

I'm looking into bumping everthing up to a two inch.

                There you go Rick
