    New furnace condensate and T.P. DUMP 6" ABOVE inside area drain . S.F. signed off ,no problem. Who says outside?
    I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .

    Condensate is ok to dump into an approved receptor per 801.6 and 807.0 of the 2007 CPC. However, if it's acidic it has to be neutralized. Relief valve may discharge at "approved locations" other then outside the building per 608.5.

      some townships by me do not allow us to put condensate water into a drain ,it has to go out side or into storm water and floor drains that do not tie into sanitary drains .

        The new 2009 IPC code says the T&P can discharge on the floor.

            It passes through the filter first.
