  • I've been a busy bee!

I recently celebrated my company's 2nd Anniversary, and after 2 years since opening for business, I have finally expanded and added that second truck and second service guy. Along with that, I revamped the office, and bought a small storage building to keep stock and tools. Also I had a baby last fall.
In short, I have been a BUSY BEE!

    Pictures:

    First: New office

    Original truck, inside and out.

Second truck, inside and out. (forgive me it is not lettered or fully stocked just yet, I will post pics of the lettered truck soon!)

That's great to hear, how did you know when it was time to add a truck? Was it just to many calls to handle. Im on my 7 month and feal I need to add a truck soon as i turn down some calls that i cant make it out to that day. Isnt it great to be on your own doing well i fall asleep happy every night!

I was working 60 hours/week and still turning calls away for about 3 months straight. I had to hire a guy, or start turning away even more calls, and working even more hours...it was an obvious decision to make at the time. Looking back, I probably should have done it sooner.

Very nice Service Guy. I am trying to get to that point too. I am still on my first year and still scratching. What do you do for marketing to get too many calls that you have to turn some down?
