  • Finally, the best drill bit/allen key/wrench pouch!

i've heard it said that necessity is the mother of all invention.

i needed a pouch to hold my little tool bits.

i tried the can in the tool box thing. that didn't work.

i tried the little plastic container in the tool bag thing. that didn't work.

i can across a pair of blue jeans that are too big for me and then i thought, "KISS".

    keep it simple stupid.

    of course!!

Vince It is called a tool roll,
      http://images.google.com/images?sour...-8&sa=N&tab=wi

if you sew some pockets in it you have the new and improved version,

I posted a picture of one below of three sets of pockets in it, looks petty handy,
I think the short pockets on the left are for sockets, I like the Velcro closer as well,

but you got me thinking a custom tool roll would work well in many situations,

Good thinking Vince. You would survive and thrive in any era. You just got it between the ears, bro. You are always thinking and doing, and doing it on your own. More power to ya. How do you keep the mosquitoes from carrying you off up there in the summer?

all my small and delicate tools reside at the bottom of the 5 gallon bucket, under the big tools that I dump out to get at the little tools.

I used to do that lol. The trucks I used to run in looked like this:

It was sometimes like opening a closet that you know you should not have and everything crashes down on top of you.

Now I keep everything in my tool box's I have a tool box for electrical work.
I have one for working on the car's.
I have several for my woodworking.
I have one for my Plumbing.

            I love tools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going to mention the tool roll but Woussko beat me to it. Denim is an awesome idea because its really durable, I should make one with many pockets out of my old duck carrhartt overalls. A small one that could fit in a tool pouch/customized denim tool pouch would also be cool. Just my spin on things
