      Typically, if the wall is deeper than 12", I'll linkseal both sides. Especially if one side is backfill. I swear we must have 50 different sizes of linkseal in the warehouse

      The Prosets we use are for cast-in-place applications. Not much new construction here anymore but still plenty of remodeling.

        I am pretty sure the insulation guys do the sealing here. I never did anything but the tub boxes.

          We had to rehab a coffee shop at MSP airport and all the plumbing penetrations were required to be linksealed. The electrical penetrations,near many of ours, did not!
          This was a federal requirement and I was always careful to have mfg's install instructions handy when we took inspections as the fed. plumbing inspector would try to come up with weird and unnecessary hoops to jump through.
