Our new place is real nice. We got real fortunate with it. I'm 10 minutes from the seabee museum Bob so come over anytime and you got your own room.

OK, some day we hope to make it to California and see the sights.
Would like to see the SeaBee Musuem too and meet you. I thought
I might get to do that before you left Norfolk area with both of our
kids in Va Beach but didn't get down there, sorry.

Top of my list is the West Coast RIDGID Tool Museum but I hear
that it's only open on weekends. Is that true Rick??

Top secret stuff Ridgid sent out. You guys didn't get it? Hmmmm. I was sure Rick would of gotten some. I guess not. Looks like someone doesn't get all the Ridgid toys after all.

Just kidding. It's a snake made for laundry vents and gutters.

                    Re: The pipe to nowhere

You're looking at the pipe the wrong way Ben. That line is meant to release Methane Gas which means you are built on an old landfill or planted field.

I'm pulling your leg. I am sure it is to help water below the sod.

I thought you're serious. There's an EPA cleanup site about 5 miles from me.

I've worked on a couple of projects where the homes were built on a old landfill and they had to have vents all over the place and detectors in the homes and a burn off station on every block. I don't care how good the deal is I would not live there.

They put a major highway over an old landfill near me. They've brought the road back up to grade three times in 25 years. When they built the H.D. near by they drove pillings down to native dirt to build the place on. I wonder how long until the parking lot sinks though.

Just remembered this, One very good landscape Arct. I use does this. When He plants trees He puts in 3 or 4"pvc below the root ball so the roots won't rot. Of course they pitch and dump at a lower elevation. May help someone.
