              Future washlet if they want, air freshener, night light.

              On one remodel they wanted a phone jack right beside the toilet.

                It all looks good, nice work. Be careful with that american standard pop-up, I have had a number of warranty issues with them and now refuse to install them. I only use the os&b metal mechanical pop-ups as much as I can get away with it.

                  I was concerned as well with that pop-up. I know their is a way of repairing them but that is something I really don't care to go through. The other thing I didn't like about it is you cannot remove the pop-up (to my knowledge) which makes it more difficult to clean hair off it or run a hand snake down.
