    Re: Stupid PVC Glue

dan, get the tyvex coveralls. they are disposable, but if you're not crawling, they will last for multiple wears.

pretty water tight and they zip up.

they come in sizes from the mini to the mac truck

if needed i can supply you with tyvex underware too

purchased what was suppose to be 4 cases of tyvex overalls at an auction. opened them up and i got 1 case overalls and 3 cases 300 pairs of disposable boxers

great for travel. wear and dispose

    rick.
    phoebe it is

I have read that three times and it just gets more and more funny.

Thanks for the suggestion every one I need to get some coveralls for work and for personal use as well. I like your idea as well but I will pass on the panties, I mean underwear.

The only thing I can tell you that may be different then what you do is I always try to keeper the spong straight up so any excess primer or glue falls into the cap.
        Buy cheap, buy twice.

Dan, look at the bright side--if you were still using cast iron and corkin lead, that "glue" would be burning your butt!!

              I feel your pain...

I've many times called myself edward purple hands... no-one ever gets the joke...

I always hear billy preston in my head when I'm glueing pvc..

              http://popup.lala.com/popup/432627043563745304

              make it turn effing purple...

somehow takes a little of the pain out of it when I can rock a little while I turn everything I'm wearing purple.
This is my reminder to myself that no good will ever come from discussing politics or religion with anyone, ever.

You had better hope Zeb is not reading this.

Come to Chicago my friend! Lead & Oakum is still the only allowed method for commercial here. Push gasket underground.

                  No-hub?! We don't need no stinking No-hub!

Its funny when I took my state test and did my poured joint, they test inspector said to me after looking at my tools and my joint " You must be from Chicago." I asked him how he knew that, and he told me the joint was perfect, that the southern boys screw the pooch on this since they mostly work with PVC.
