  • old pipe wrench

    Hi all,

I was changing a shower head and got to wondering how old this pipe wrench is. It's a Trimont Trimo 10 made by Trimont mfg of Roxbury, MA. A google search suggested they stopped making wrenches in the 40's.

Also, what would be a good way to clean this to remove some of the rust? I did some very light sanding but don't want to remove any marks or numbers.

    Thanks!

I have one of there old 12" French wrench with a 1911 date on it. Its one of four old French wrenchs I have collected. I just got a old 10" French wrench at a garage sale a few weeks ago with the "Ford" logo on it.
