Are we (or me) using the wrong tables in relation to tankless water heater production for GPM?

I was sitting in the truck today, figuring and thinking....(dangerous)

Most people I've encountered cannot stand to be subjected to constant 120 degree water-the standard for most tank settings without getting into the whole debate of Legionella. I know this does exclude the occasional customer that enjoys a "Lobster Bath".

So, should a tankless water heater installation be calculated for the temp/degree/rise to 110F? 115F?

    Thanks for opinions.
