        Standard jaws are for copper, Pureflow jaws are for Viega pex. I still use the hand crimpers for the Pureflow, way faster than using the electric tool.

            You're correct. (I was going to make a joke about super powered pliers).

            ProPress is usually used on copper. Pex is plastic. They are different animals, but you can purchase jaws for a Propress machine that will allow you to work on certain brands of PEX.
