Sorry I haven't replied sooner. Looks like the "zone valve" is just a safety to prevent overflow. I've temporarily bypassed it to get the toilet operational. My supplier is having trouble with Kohler in obtaining parts for this toilet.
"RUN FOREST RUN." I can't. I did the original install.
Any small job- look up the repair parts on the Kohler website for purist hatbox and the design should be more understandable( that usually works for me)
Hard to help diagnose when really don't know what's going on. All I could gather is low flow to some parts of the toilet. Not that I have any idea on the hatbox, since I dont plumb in paradise! But if it's a pro flo I got ya covered!
But, instead of explaining what's wrong, can you post up a reason that thing costs so much?
this reminds me of the toto neorest. i've had 2 customers call about issues with the toilet, they purchased and my advise is to call toto. the supply nouse only carries the bidet seat for them. no internal parts. but for $3000.00 you can buy the complete toilet
