  • Steel and concrete do not mix well together.

    Used a 12" pipe wrench on this with little effort. It was paper thin in one area.

    Really,I've been putting in My concrete pours for 50 Years ? I'm guessing most don't know what we're looking at. Care to explain further ?
    I can build anything You want , if you draw a picture of it , on the back of a big enough check .

      It is a black iron pipe sch. 40 entering the house as part of the gas main. This is a big reason why we need to sleeve the pipe.
