Here's the wall in that same bathroom. It's the inner side of the outside wall of the building you're looking at.

This was in a 110 yr old commercial building in a Village that has no building dept, let alone a code enforcement officer. That was on the first floor. The basement was in a little better shape, though smelled of sewer gas from numerous cut off, open pipes and missing toilets. The cellar toilets had no floor flanges. They were bolted over cast in place concrete "pipes" that eventually led to a common drain.

I have to go back to do a reset in the collapsing lavatory in a week or so. I'll be able to get more pictures then.

I would recommend higher end customers. The money can't be any good there.

i bid a new handicapped lavatory install - basin and toilet, with all new drain plumbing (about 6 feet worth) and water lines (about 15 feet), shutoffs, etc. - at $3550. Im making abt $3000. Money's fine.

Personally, I've made a lot of money on taking on the dirty jobs that no one else will tackle. Work is work, and sometimes you can charge a lot more for it!

            Same job I assume.

The work done by Ray Charles is good but it is not permanent. In my opinion you should go with some homemade measures like applying M-seal on pipe leakage hole or by contacting professional plumbers. I hope the measures I had suggested will be helpful.
