good read. I work with Backflow prevention devices at the city connection. if any plumbers are involved with this process in the article, check if the customer has backflow prevention at the meter, and also in various parts of the building. it would be worth testing those backflows if they are private, if the city/utility is responsible for the one at the meter, and has a tag older than a year or no tag..... they should be notified to test it. internal plumbing cooling towers should have a backflow at the fill supply, if there is no backflow, code may require it (even if code doesnt require, its common sense to install one. look up cross connection stories with cooling towers).

    heres some info

you might be able to pick up some extra business installing/testing them.

customers with private backflow devices on their property are usually unaware that they need testing/maintenance.
HEY! What does this button do?

Most interior contractor services have restrictions put on them where I'm located here on island. But we have been finding work in our tree trimming business since it's not typically an up close and personal type of job. I hope the best for all my fellow contractors out there.
