  • life time warrenty

    hello, as a new owner of a rigid hand drill i am wondering if any one knows how long it takes to get a copy of your warrenty? i live in Canada and have tryed the 1-800 number with no results. could someone please advise. thank you.

    What do your mean by "a copy of your warrenty"? There should be a printed copy of the warranty near the back of your Owners Manual.

      Ed,

      I don't know about Canada, but here in the U.S. there is no lifetime warrenty. The standard warranty on Ridgid power tools is three years, and as BD mentioned, it is printed in your owners manual. If you register your tool, there is a "Limited Lifetime Service Agreement" which covers the tool for life. Here is a link to that "agreement":
