  • LSA help

I had a part on my 3650 break off the other day and i contacted ridgid via eamil about a week ago and still no reply (my question is "assigned"). I need to get my saw up and running again - anyone know how long it takes to get service with the LSA?

(for the curious people - it was the plastic wingnut on the blade lock that broke. The blade is locked and I can't raise it).

    Re: LSA help

Call'em. They have been ultra quick with my problems. I have gotten 3 seperate replacement parts. Each one within 4 days of talking to tech support. Although they use DHL and i think they are about the least reliable shippers out there.

Go to the top of this page and click on SUPPORT which will take you to a list of service dealers in your area. They might help expedite a resolution to your problem.

I too have had the exact same problem and they sent me two of them after I called. Had them in a few days.

I wish they had sent a dozen or so, I guess I snug em down a little too much.

        Regards,
