  • Shop Cabinets

    My first attempt at building cabinets:




    Carcass made of 1/2" Birch plywood
    Face Frame made of Ash, joined with "FF" biscuits
    tongue and groove doors made of ash w/ red oak panel

      Very nice job K47K

      You chose very nice matching grains for the door panels.
      It's nice touches like that, that make it look professional.

      What did you use for a finish?

        Jim,

        the picture the cabinet just has stain on the FF and door stile/rails. the panels are left natural. The stain is a mix of golden oak, red oak and walnut. Im going to topcoat with water based poly.
