  • Thanks to Windowman & Mr Swords!

    After 5 hours, 8 phone calls, 2 trips to Home Cheapo, and 1 trip to a "no longer a Ridgid service center"- Windowman came through with a direct phone number to a higher up at Ridgid named Mr Swords. Mr Swords apologized for how I have been treated and is taking care of me very well for my wasted time and effort.

    It shouldnt have had to go to a "higher up" for something as simple as a broken trigger on a drill, but its was good to finally get resolution. I was treated well enough that I wont be having to return everything I have with a Ridgid name plate on it. If fact he told me to call him and use him as my "direct sales" contact next time I need a tool. Not sure who my next power tool will be made by yet...but after today I wont rule out the possibility of it being a Ridgid.


    Windowman- I owe ya a few beers if you find yourself in Phoenix.

    six gun, glad to hear thing are finally working out for you. and i am glad you are not to say thanks to the ones that help you. that is getting harder to find nowadays.
