I second the request for the SKU. I'd like to find it in my area.

              SKU is 290-229.

I spent a while in each of the HDs I can get to without wasting a ton of fuel.....the case size is pretty large, maybe 3' wide by 2' tall, so its pretty hard to miss up in overhead.

Some new stuff for today (Jul 29/08) that I noticed at a few of my local Michigan HD stores:
                • Bosch 10.8v tools (driver and impactor, PS20 and PS40 respectively) have been marked down from $199 to $99 on clearance. I didn't notice anything of this sort of a markdown on the 10.8v right-angled version.
                • Ridgid stainless steel wet/dry vac has been marked down from $169 (and change) to $129 (and change).
                • Noticed a few of the MaxSelect wet/dry vacs, and the Clean Shop Networks still lying around. Both are currently being clearanced out and apparently discontinued.
                • Ridgid MaxSelect hand planer (R888) being reduced/clearanced, at $79, down from $119.

R888 planer was $79 at my local store. Noticed it was $79 on-line too.

Noted. Typo, my bad. That's what it was.

Has anyone used the Clean Shop Networks in their shops? I've considered getting that setup for my little garage shop, but haven't been able to figure out if it's worth it or not.

i have the sears version of the 2" dust collection system. its better than nothing, but not much better. best way to go is dedicated 4" dust collection system. if you can get it cheap enough, its an ok starting point.
there's a solution to every problem.....you just have to be willing to find it.
