E-Box not working

  • E-Box not working

    I have not tried to log in to my e-box for a few weeks, and now I can't get in at all. There is a new set-up, and my ID & password do not work. I've tried to get a new password sent to me, but nothing happens. When I try to contact CS, I get the log-in screen.

    What's going on?

    Do a Search using "ebox problem" and all will be revealed.
