  • Getting rid of my RIDGID cordless lineup

I've amassed a small collection of Ridgid cordless tools over the last couple years, and I'm finally giving in to big yellow. Battery issues, HD exclusivity and other detractors are forcing me to set them free. I have:
    24v 6 1/2" circ
    24v 1/2" hammer drill w/handle
    24v sawzall
    18v jigsaw
    MAx Select flashlight
    Max Select planer
    18v impact driver
    (2) 24v batteries and charger. One of the batteries is bad but I will include it if you'd like to return/repair it.
    (2) 18v ni-cad batteries
    (2) 18v compact li-ion batteries. Again, of of them is bad but I will include it anyway.
    18v full-size li-ion battery
    18v charger
    Large tool bag
    All tool manuals
Tools are all well-used in working condition. The drill and impact driver are the most used. Jig, circ and sawzall are less used and the planer has only been used three or four times.

Email me if interested-if they don't go to a deserving home here then I will list them on fleabay.

is the MAX Select planer this one?

If so, I'd be interested. If it's the one and for sale still, please email me at carl.anderson762@gmail.com with the price and shipping estimate.

          Thank you.

Re: Getting rid of my RIDGID cordless lineup

when you start buying Dewalt, I highly recommend DCD950/970 drill (same thing). Do not buy DC925 or 988 with a Nano style base, and especially DC927. DCD950/970 has far superior transmission and motor than DC925. DC927 is the worst drill they probably ever made, much weaker than DC925.

Also I suggest you buy on eBay, you can get them significantly cheaper nowadays.

Also Nano batteries have 8 times the life span compared to Ridgid [can provide hard evidence].
