Does the float work? When you have the carb apart blow into the fuel inlet, can you stop the air flow by moving the float up?

        These guys are good
They do have Honda parts but not sure what engine you have so can't tell if they have exactly what you want

If you remove the float, shake it. Sometimes floats develop tiny leaks and get partly full of gasoline and thus won't actually float. This results in serious flooding of the carb.

As for brand X carb kits, please do yourself a big favor and stick to genuine Honda parts.

You'll need the engine serial number besides the model number. Once you have them, try this link where you can download manuals. I hope this helps you.

I tend to agree that in most cases OEM is better. M&D sells the OEM carb for $62.26 but you really should only need a rebuild kit. Take the carb into a small engine shop along with the motor Model and S/N, they should be able to get you the kit, or call M&D or others and tell them what you need.
