  • Need 12V batteries

I've got a 12 Volt Drill driver and the batteries are dying. When I bought it at Home Depot it came with a warranty which guaranteed everything for life.

HD doesn't carry the replacement batteries, and it seems Ridgid doesn't make the 12V drill anymore. Anyone know where would I get the free replacement batteries? Or how to contact Ridgid to get them?

Contact Ridgid's power tool tech support at 1-866-539-1710 for an authorized service center nearby

if your drill driver is less than 3 years old, and you have the receipt, any designated ridgid service center will diagnose the problem and, if the batteries are defective, they will be replaced for free. if you registered the tool for the LLSA, just bring it to a designated ridgid repair shop and they will also diagnose and repair/replace as necessary. why pay for new batteries if ridgid will provide them for free?
there's a solution to every just have to be willing to find it.
