As you all know, light bulbs only burn out at night! -or- if "it's" gonna break
it will on a Friday at 10p.m. when everything is closed!

Well this afternoon my Delta 28-195 10" band saw blew a tire!

I guess I can't complain too much as I purchased this in September 1999.
10 years for a set of tires is not bad!
The dry rot cracking did them in. no injury to me or saw damage but just
    really bad timing.

Delta no longer offers the tires and lists them as obsolete!

The good news is I found a source via E-Bay that has urethane replacement tires.

But with the labor day weekend and the fact no one in Phoenix Metro has 10" tires my
project moves to the bottom of the list for at least a week!

now, what can I do to stay out of mischief?
