I have an 18 volt Ridgid drill with a Jacoobs chuck. The chuck siezed up so I was going to replace it with a new Jacoobs that I have. I removed the screw inside of the chuck and couldnt get the chuck to come off of the drill. I pulled the chuck and gear spline out of the drill and placed it in a vise. I sprayed PB Blaster in the chuck for a couple days and I still cant get the thing to release. Should I shoot it to make myself feel better and just buy a new one or does anyone have any suggestions to get this chuck off???
