  • 18v Nailer Problem

I have a rigid 18v finishing nailer. It is about 6 months old and has not been overworked. The battery is fully charged but gun does not work. LED light comes on, but gun just makes a soft "click" sound when rigger is depressed?

Best thing to do is locate a local service center and take advantage of the warranty. I'm sure you checked for jams from fasteners but worn/defective drive mechanisms will need service. The R250AF18 Angled Finish Nailer it has a 3yr warranty.

I have a deWalt 18v that quit once...it made sounds like it wanted to nail but it wouldn't.I went to ereplacement.com and found a exploded view of it.Took it apart and found that the belt had came off.
