    Andre, I talked to Ronda – x6004 at Ridgid She basically said the saw was not in warranty (Thank you, I knew that), no matter how many ways I asked it, the answer was always the same, it’s not a warranty issue - it’s a quality / brand name issue. “Would you like the address for your local service center?”, she replied. - No, been there done that. This saw is advertised as a ‘contractors saw’, that I used lightly, under ideal condition in my home workshop. There is no reason for me to have to replace the brushes 3 times and have total failure after just 4 years of use. I have many tools in my shop, Craftsmen, Grizzly, Black & Decker, for many years and none have performed this poorly. Home Depot should be ashamed to sell such a product.
    Andre, I think it now time to get the Ridgid supervisors involved, let me hear back with your progress.
