  • Battery for 14.4V Drill

Not sure if this has been addressed previously or not but I am in need of another battery. I do not see on the website where to purchase a battery, 14.4V, however would it be worth it? From what I can gather a battery is roughly $100CAD but a new drill would be a better investment.
Are they evening selling that 14.4V batteries anymore? If so could someone direct me an online retailer?
    Cheers,
    Sheldon

As far as getting a new drill goes It depends on what your needs are. Your name implies you just need it for around the house, and if that's the case I would look into the 12v line of drills, impacts and jobmax tool. Your other alternative is the 18v line, where I would suggest a compact drill rather than the big jeezly suckers like the X3 or newly unveiled X4. How about you post a couple of jobs you need it for and we can get a better grasp of what one would work best for you, because there's a big difference DIY'ing a deck or just hanging a wall mount tv stand. So let us know and I'm sure you will get the advice you came for.
