  • Something new (unloader valve)

I also have a rd80746 that lost an o-ring. it was the top one and I am not sure I put it in the right spot. Also (might be because of valve) motor bogs when I pull trigger and goes to a high rpm when I let off. (high rpm being normal rpm)

Since I got no replies I removed top o-ring and reinstalled it. It runs ok now but will that hurt anything?

I have no experience on the machine or this type of unloader,
my guess is if it runs OK, and works OK I would not worry about it,
(I looked and could not find any drawing or info on the unloader it self)

How do you get the uploader stem out of the casing that houses it?

One thing I notice missing from your photo is the tiny fiber back-up ring (little brown flat fiber washer). Check and see if it's still in the unloader body or if it's been blown out.
