  • Rigid TS2424 Table Saw Won't Start

I was ripping 5 ft. 2x6's today and on the 6th rip the blade stopped towards the end of the rip. I can't imagine that overheated the blade but I waited a bit and pressed the red button on the motor (per manual instructions for overheat) but the button seemed to be depressed already. So I don't think the motor overheated. Any suggestions on how to get the saw working again? Thanks for any help to a noob.

You have to wait awhile (to let it cool) before the red button will work.

If either of the above suggestions don't work check and make sure you didn't accidentially kick the cord an partially unplug the saw.
