  • Updating LSA after battery replacement

    I recently traded in a battery that would no longer charge. The problem is my Ridgid warranty webpage shows, of course, the old battery's serial number.

    So how do I update the serial number? I don't want to lose the Lifetime service agreement.

    My understanding is that you simply call Ridgid Customer Service, explain the situation regarding the battery change (I presume it was done through an authorized Ridgid Service Center as a result of the original battery's failure), and then provide them with the new serial number. The phone support person should be able to update the information in your "dashboard" immediately.
