  • First experience with Lifetime Service Agreement

Today I returned an "exhausted" battery to a local Ridgid-authorized repair shop. I had all the various numbers that the shop had told me I needed to bring, and I was in and out of their shop with my new battery in less than 5 minutes. Kudos to Ridgid. I followed their LSA registration instructions exactly, and the results were a smooth and painless battery replacement. I can't speak to the problems that others have reported, but my experience was positive.

It's always nice to hear about a positive experience. Too often it seems we only hear about the bad ones.
Teach your kids about taxes..........eat 30 percent of their ice cream.

Glad to hear it, I had my first experience recently as well with a personally owned battery. Unfortunately the SC was out of the compact 18's so I had to wait a while for one to get ordered in. Didn't have my LSA registered btw as the battery was from a friend, but it was within 3 yrs. date code.
