  • Is there any flexibility around failure to register batteries?

It has now become obvious to me that the replacement batteries I rec'd under the LSA should have been registered by me.

The "re-registering" portion of the warranty is a more recent addition and I may be grandfathered. In other words, when my batteries were replaced 2 to 2.5 yrs ago, I would not have been required to register the batteries as this policy was added after the fact. Is this true and does this mean i will be covered?

At my local HD the TTI girl is on vacation and I can't get a battery from them. I never had a problem before so it's a sad day when only one person in the busiest HD in the country Has the smarts to deal with this?
I have done so much with so little for so long, I can do almost anything with nothing now!!!!!!!
