  • RD80746 Pressur Washer Unloader Help

    Thanks to a few of the previous threads I identified that I had a blown o-ring inside of my unloader on my 3000psi RD80746 washer. I got some new o-rings, but now I cannot determine the correct placement of the two o-rings (#17 and #18) on the unloader stem. There appears to be only one notch. Do they both go within this notch? I am using the below diagram as my reference:

      Thanks Doctordeere. I don't know how I missed this previous thread, but it is exactly what I needed to get this put back together tomorrow. During the breakdown I took out the adjustment screw at the bottom unnecessarily. Is there any guidance on how to adjust the bottom screw on the unloader that sets the spring tension?

        Proper adjustment requires a QC tee with a good quality 5000 PSI gauge, but you can rough guesstimate it by assembling it so there's approx. 3/16 to 5/16 of threads visible beyond the locknut.
