Not being there, I suggest you check your curcuit panel first that no fuses are blown or breaKERS TRIPPED. also try plugging your charger into another outlet that you know is working, one other thing if your unit is running and charging your batteries for a long period you must allow it too reset itself. If I'm not mistaken I think you will find Ridgid explaining this in your manual, But what ever you do not attempt to fix it yourself as I'm sure it is under warranty and you may void this If you do hope this helps.
