  • laser light on mitre saw question....

Should the cut be right on the line or just to the right of it about a sixteenth or less? Mine is just to the right of the light by just a hair.If it should be right on the line, how would I correct it? Thanks, Kenny

I ADDED A LASER THAT CAME WITH AN 80 TOOTH MARATHON BLADE PURCHASED AT LOWES TO A SMALL DELTA STANDARD MITER SAW. THE LASER IS NOT ADJUSTABLE, BUT THE LIGHT BEAM IS REALLY CLOSE TO THE BLADE. THE BLADE FALLS TO THE RIGHT OF THE LIGHT, BETWEEN 1/16TH AND 1/32ND FROM THE LIGHT. SINCE TOO SHORT IS WORSE THAN TOO LONG, I'D SAY IF YOURS WAS "OFF" ON THE WASTE SIDE OF THE CURF, THAT BEATS HAVING IT COME UP TOO SHORT.
