  • R862005 problem

    Hello,

Today i purchased a R862005 but am unsure if i have a problem with it.
When I try to connect the head to the base the black pins do not come out of the holes and remain depressed.
I have put lots of pressure on the head and base and the pins never come out of the holes.

Is this normal as it seems very odd?

    Thanks in advance
    Fred

i have one and it can be a challenge to get the black retainers to press in far enough to pull the head off. if i had small fingers, it might be easier for me.
to use a recovery phrase, you are not alone.

HEY! What does this button do?

I've found some attachments harder than others... Chinese tolerances I guess... I've also had luck with putting a battery on the tool and letting it rotate the mechanism, then the attachment would go all the way on...
