  • WARRANTY Repair Turnaround time for cordless tools

im wondering what some of everyones expierences with sending in any 18v or 120v tools for repair turnaround time is...

i might need to send in my 18v X2 drill at some point and wonder how long i might be without it.

i did have to send in a 18V X2 RIDGID Battery for replacement and it took a month to get a replacement, wich i think is a bit long.
oddly enough, it came from a Ryobi wharehouse.
HEY! What does this button do?
