  • Help! Cannot reconnect to my account!

    Dear Fellow Ridgid fans,
    I can no longer connect to my ridgid account to view my registered tools! When I go to the site and attempt to sign-in nothing happens! I tried the "forgot my password" link, but I never got an email. I even called ridgid twice today, and the kind support individuals told me I'd get an email shortly. That didn't happen after the first call, hence, the second individual indicated that there was one more step he had to take before it would work and then I'd get the email shortly. I never did. I checked my spam folder and even set filters to ensure than anything and everything that contains any word or part of work containing ridgid would not get junked or trashed! What can I do? The support personnel indicate that they DO see my tools! I wonder if I could give them a new email after providing those are my tools, because I have the model numbers, serial numbers, and LSA agreement number and could have them quiz me for every tool on that site. ?     Wow! Did someone read my post and fix this for me? I just got an email moments ago with the reset instructions and they worked! I am reconnected to my account! THANK YOU!!!! I love the tools and just ordered a set of the Octane.

      I am having the exact same problem (including two very nice and well intentioned customer service people). I only post here in hopes that this truly is the magic touch.
