I bought a Ridgid 12" Compound miter saw about a year ago. While trying to square the end of some wood this past weekend I discovered the left side of the fence is not square with the blade. It is off about 1/16 of an inch. This is only on the left side of the fence. The right side of the fence is perfect. There is a very tiny adjustment that can be done by loosening the fence and re-tightening it. That's not enough. The fence has to be bent. Anyone else have this saw and had this issue? I can't believe I didn't notice it sooner. I am thinking I need a new fence, but if I order another one who's too say it won't be the same way. Wonder if I could make a fence that would be straight. Any thoughts? I guess that's what I get for buying the cheaper saw.
