RIDGID Self-Service Online Battery Claim Portal

I see RIDGID now has a self-service portal for battery claims.
Not sure how long it's been up there but that is a good idea.

Has anyone made use of it yet and if so how did it work out?

Nice! I just tried this new battery claim portal. I answered a few questions and I will get shipping confirmation. This is awesome for my Ridgid power tools. I'll be posting a few battery adapters I bought to use Ridgid batteries on other brands making Ridgid batteries my ultimate power source.

Thanks, I haven't had any problems with calling Customer Service, but this will make it a lot better I think.

Lower right hand-side on the online LSA account. Look for the orange box

The Ridgid battery/charger portal makes LSA battery replacement super simple. Replacement 12V battery arrived today. Be sure to re-register the replacement battery for LSA

Good to know. Thanks for coming back to this thread and providing feedback now that you have your replacement battery.

Seven days is not too bad. Of course everyone wants it yesterday but hey, they came through.

I am happy to see that this is working. Hopefully it will take some load off the people working in
this group so they can tend to the claims that really need a person to make them right.

one of my old lithium's only charges to 3 LEDs, so its not holding a full charge anymore, so i tried the automated system and it ultimately didnt approve that as a reason to replace.

Then escalate the issue and talk to someone directly. Maybe you'll get a favorable ruling.

Try the battery portal again with a more definitive response. In my case both charger and battery flashed.
