To date, I've yet to use the LLSA or the warranty for that matter on any of my RIDGID tools because none of them has given me a lick of trouble. It may be that because people are much more likely to complain than to praise is the reason not much has been written about the positive side of the LLSA. It could also be that the vast majority of RIDGID tools aren't giving their owners any reason to have to use the LLSA.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the "John" and renamed it the "Jim". I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
