  • TS 3650 Wheels / Casters

I have a TS 3650 table saw, and have noticed that in order to get the saw to both (i) move smoothly when the herculift wheels are down, and (2) sit in a stable position when the wheels are up, I have to adjust the rubber feet on the saw so that the table sits out of level.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you address this? Have you tried replacing the casters with larger ones?

    Thanks!

Did you leave the 4 bolts that hold it to the legs loose? You only need to tighten them until the end of the bolt is flush with the top of the nut. Also the tubes where they hook to the legs have a large and small hole in them, the large hole must be down.

To add to TOD's answer, have you checked your floor for flatness? If the Herc-U-Lift system is properly installed an uneven floor could be the reason for your troubles.
